When designing verifd, we started with a simple principle: trust should be earned without compromising privacy.

The problem with current solutions

Most call verification solutions require sharing personal data, installing apps on both sides, or complex registration processes. We believed there had to be a better way.

Our approach

verifd works with your existing phone number. No new apps for callers. No data sharing. Just a simple verification flow that respects everyone’s privacy.

Key design decisions:

• Web-based verification - Callers verify through a simple web form, no app required
• Temporary passes - vPasses expire automatically, maintaining control over who can reach you
• Zero personal data storage - We only store what’s necessary for verification
• Open standards - Built on web standards that work across all devices
